The location was quite convenient (everything was within walking distance). The room felt secure, and I liked the option to store luggage in a locker both before check-in and after check-out. My Cosy Double Room Canal View was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

The stairs were narrow, especially when going to the upper floors. It was difficult to carry suitcases up and down. If you are staying on the 3rd floor, it might be challenging with heavy luggage.

The location was perfect with easy access to the central station. I found lovely food places very close by. The automatic 'hologram' check in worked smoothly, and the area remained quiet despite its central position. A good coffee machine and basic cutlery were available.

The super steep staircase proved a challenge. I found navigating it with luggage slightly difficult.

The heat or air conditioning worked efficiently to maintain the room temperature. Free chocolates provided daily added a nice touch to my stay. Decor was lovely.

The location was superb. I could walk to many attractions. The room had a great coffee machine. I really enjoyed making coffee each morning and the view from the window was lovely.

The stairs were quite narrow. I struggled with my luggage. The room felt dated, and I noticed a lack of storage space, not ideal for our needs.
